|Dr. Naveen T. Lobo
Dr. Lobo received his medical degree from St. John's Medical College in Bangalore, India. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia, where he was awarded “Best intern of the year” and “Best outgoing resident”. He completed his Hematology Oncology fellowship at Wake Forest University where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Lobo is board certified in medical oncology and Internal medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Lobo is well known to the Decatur and Morgan County area and has been in practice there since 2004. He has been active in clinical research throughout his career.
Dr. Lobo and his wife have three children. He enjoys playing Golf and table tennis in his free time.
Julie M. Sexton CRNP
Julie Sexton graduated from University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2005 where she earned a Bachelor Degree in Nursing. She worked in Huntsville Hospital Emergency room as a trauma/critical care nurse for three years. She has been certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as Trauma Care. After receiving her Bachelors Degree, she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing. After completing her Masters Degree, she then became board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Once board certified Julie began working with Dr. Naveen Lobo in 2008. Julie is a Decatur native. She still resides here in Decatur with her husband and son.
